By booking a service with Gold Prestige Home Detailing (ABN 75 667 848 893) (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect in all engagements.
1. Definitions
- “Client” refers to the individual or company engaging our services.
- “Services” refers to the exterior cleaning tasks provided, such as window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on provided access and scope. If conditions differ upon arrival, we may revise or decline the job accordingly.
3. Booking, Access & Preparation
- Client is responsible for ensuring clear access to all work areas.
- Remove personal items from windowsills, balconies, driveways, and outdoor surfaces.
- Furniture or obstacles left in place may be moved at our discretion and charged at a flat $100 plus an addition $100 per hour (15-minute increments).
- Inaccessible or unsafe sites may incur a $95 call-out fee or result in rescheduling.
4. On-Site Changes or Add-Ons
- Any additional work must be quoted and approved by the client before we proceed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 72+ hours’ notice: No fee
- 24–72 hours’ notice: 25% of quoted total
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: 50% cancellation fee
6. Weather & Safety
- Unsafe weather (e.g., storms, lightning, heavy rain) may require rescheduling.
- We aim to rebook within 7 business days subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to stop work if site safety is compromised.
7. Results Disclaimer
- Although we strive and do our best, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, including rust, oxidation, mould, efflorescence, or damage due to surface age or degradation as a result of improper maintenance.
8. Surface Conditions & Liability
- We take care to protect all surfaces, but we are not liable for damage to:
- -Pre-existing issues such as flaking paint, cracked tiles, oxidized frames, or loose render
- -Surfaces weakened by age, neglect, improper previous cleaning, or environmental wear
- -Unsealed surfaces, painted timber, or delicate finishes not disclosed prior to service
- Clients must notify us of any known risks such as water ingress, fragile substrates, or sensitive coatings before service begins.
- We are only liable for damage directly caused by our proven negligence or misuse of equipment.
- We carry public liability insurance up to $20 million.
9. Photos & Marketing
- We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing.
- No personal or identifying information will be shared. Let us know in writing if you do not consent.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Notify us within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied with the service. We’ll return to rectify the issue where appropriate.
11. Payments
- Payment is due on the same day as service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: EFT, credit card, or cash.
- Late payments may incur:
- -$25 admin fee per reminder
- -5% interest per week on overdue amounts
- -All costs related to debt recovery, including legal or collection agency fees
12. Acceptance
By confirming a booking (via phone, email, text, or online), you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
13. Terms Updates
These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 5 August 2025.
Gold Prestige Home Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.
